We want Santa's visit to be amazing. Here are some tips to create and Extraordinary event.

Provide a cell phone number of someone at the event who we can contact during and prior to arrival.

Have a special place for Santa to park – very close to entrance of  the event. Have someone outside to meet Santa – to show him the way and to load toys into his sack if needed.

Santa makes a "Grand Entrance" – Having everyone in the same room will add to the excitement of Santa arriving.

Your photo's are important to us and capture the memories of the moment. Santa's Chair or Bench should be placed in an area with a colorful holiday background for photos. Leave room behind for group photos. Having a brightly lit window behind Santa is NOT a good idea for your photo's.

For Cash or Check payments the day of our visit please enclose the payment in a Christmas Card so we don't risk a child witnessing the transaction. Santa Departs just and Grand as he entered. Wishing you all a Very Merry and Joyful  Holiday Season.
